Pan Pantziarka is the author of Star Throwers Guide To Cancer. A scientist working for the Anticancer Fund, a not-for-profit cancer research charity, his work is focused on seeking new treatment options for cancer patients.
In addition to working on drug repurposing, he has developed computational models of tumour growth. Following the death of his son, George, he also co-founded the George Pantziarka TP53 Trust to support individuals and families from the rare cancer condition called Li Fraumeni Syndrome.
In the past he has written on a range of topics, including science, technology and criminology – for example the book Lone Wolf, which explores the phenomenon of spree killing.
